CoreServe Partners may receive information that a visitor submits through the Scope Review form or other direct communication. This may include contact details, facility context, timing, and information about the concern being described.
How information is used
Submitted information may be used to review an inquiry, clarify fit, prepare a scope recommendation or proposal, respond to the sender, and maintain appropriate business records.
Third-party form service
The Scope Review form is provided through Jotform. Information submitted through that form is also subject to Jotform's applicable privacy and security practices.
Data minimization
Do not submit regulated, sensitive, confidential, or client-identifying information that is not necessary for the initial Scope Review. Additional information should be shared only through an agreed and appropriate method.
