Third-party content
The Scope Review form is provided through Jotform. Third-party content may have accessibility behavior outside direct CoreServe control. A direct form link is provided when the embed does not work.
Report a barrier
If an access barrier prevents use of the website, use the Scope Review page and identify the affected page, task, device, browser, and assistive technology when possible.
Ongoing review
Cross-browser, assistive-technology, third-party form, and production-domain behavior are reviewed as the site changes. Identified barriers should be documented and corrected according to their impact.
