About CoreServe Partners
Built on experience. Driven by accountability.
CoreServe Partners was founded because the gap between what auditors expect and what most facilities are prepared to show is wider than it should be. B.J. Stephens built a career inside that gap. He founded CoreServe to close it.

Founder · B.J. Stephens
A field-built career. One focused practice.
B.J. Stephens worked in field operations, territory management, and pest compliance before founding CoreServe Partners. That career included direct involvement in food facility audits, IPM program development, corrective action documentation, and the operational details that determine whether a facility can prove control when an auditor asks for evidence.
CoreServe was not built to be a large generalist firm. It was built for the problems operators usually see too late: documentation trails that do not hold up, pest-risk conditions without verified ownership, and corrective actions that remain open without evidence.
The firm serves food facilities navigating audit requirements with a consistent discipline: clear scope, field-grounded assessment, and documented next steps.

✓The CoreServe Standard
Clarity before action. Every time.
Every engagement begins with a clear picture of current conditions. CoreServe does not produce reports that sit on shelves. Findings become corrective actions. Corrective actions become documentation. Documentation becomes audit readiness.
The goal of every engagement is to leave the client better prepared than when CoreServe arrived, with documentation that holds up, a team that understands what changed, and a corrective action record that demonstrates accountability.
"We leave every client better prepared than we found them."
